Libertas Flats

LIBERTAS FLATS

Libertas Flats is a new addition to Diagon Alley. It features all the amenities magic can offer and has four floors, each with flats in different price ranges. Some overall features of the building flats include:

• Numerous custom charms to improve your living, including:
- Heating and Cooling Charms in all rooms depending on the season.
- Color Charms on the walls allow you to make any room whatever you color you wish,
whenever you wish.
- Anti-rusting charms on all applicable surfaces.
- Anti-Allergen and Anti-Dust charms in all rooms and hallways.
• Sitting Rooms on each level.
• House Elves for each level with numerous duties depending on the floor level (detailed below).
• Roof-top garden accessible to all residents.
• Endless amount of apartments. While the building starts with 8 flats on each floor, it will expand if needed.
• Pets allowed.
• Clean, working lifts to every floor.
• Doorman to open front door and summon elevators.
• Two maintenance men who live in the building so they are always available.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor of Libertas Flats is the least expensive, and features both Studio and small One Bedroom flats. The floor has two House Elves, Mable and Eugene, who are responsible for cleaning the hallway and the sitting room.

STUDIO FLATS

There are four studio apartments (to start). Each has one large room with a kitchenette for sleeping and living, as well as a small bedroom. These flats are best suited to single occupants with tight purses. Cost: 35 Galleons a month.

ONE BEDROOM FLATS

There are four small one bedroom apartments on the first floor. Each has one separate bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with a kitchenette. These flats are best suited to single occupants. Cost: 40 Galleons a month.

As of August 17th, 2004, the number of small one-bedrooms on the first floor has been magically extended to allow for more inhabitants.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor of Libertas Flats is the more middle-class level, and features deluxe one bedroom flats as well as two bedroom flats. The floor has two House Elves, Dotty and Ditty (sisters), who are responsible for cleaning the hallway and the sitting room. Apartments on the second floor are not only larger, but also come with small balconies off the living rooms.

DELUXE ONE BEDROOM FLATS

There are four deluxe one bedroom apartments on the second floor. Each has one separate large bedroom, one spacious bathroom and a living area with a half-walled-off kitchen. These flats are best suited to single occupants with a little more money. Cost: 50 Galleons a month.

As of August 17th, 2004, the number of deluxe one-bedrooms on the second floor has been magically extended to allow for more inhabitants.

TWO BEDROOM FLATS

There are four two bedroom apartments on the second floor. Each has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living area with a kitchenette as well as two hallway closets. These flats are best suited to couples or two roommates. Cost: 60 Galleons a month.

2H - Two Bedrooms - Millicent Bullstrode.

THIRD FLOOR

The third floor of Libertas Flats is more suited to upper middle-class or lower upper-class, and features deluxe two bedroom flats as well as three bedroom flats. The floor has three House Elves; Trix, Eustace and Dipsy, who are responsible for cleaning the hallway and the sitting room and will also clean flats once a week for an extra fee. Apartments on the third floor are not only larger than previous floors, but also come with expandable balconies off the living rooms.

DELUXE TWO BEDROOM FLATS

There are four deluxe two bedroom apartments on the third floor. Each has one large master bedroom, another smaller bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with a separate kitchen. These flats are best suited to couples, possibly with children. Cost: 65 Galleons a month.

DELUXE THREE BEDROOM FLATS

There are four deluxe three bedroom apartments on the third floor. Each has one large master suite with its one bathroom, two more smaller bedroom, another bathroom and a living area with half-walled-off kitchenette. These flats are best suited to several roommates, or perhaps a couple with children. Cost: 75 Galleons a month.

FOURTH FLOOR

The fourth floor of Libertas Flats contains the highest quality and most expensive flats. There are eight penthouses currently on the fourth floor, each as elegant as the last. The floor has four House Elves; Silus, Rosie, Pinky and Wick, who are responsible for cleaning the hallway and the sitting room but will also clean individual penthouses daily, unless the occupants have House Elfs of their own. The Penthouses on the fourth floor are large and elegant and also come with enchanted sky lights (they reflect the weather outside which could not be seen normally since the garden is on the roof), large spacious balconies, jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom and self-cleaning hardwood floors.

PENTHOUSES

There are eight penthouses on the third floor. Each has a foyer entrance-way, one large master suite with its one bathroom, two more large bedrooms, another large bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. These flats are best suited to people with the best taste and most money; whether they be individuals, couples or roommates. Cost: 90 Galleons a month.
